Human Resource departments, also known as HR, undertake various strategies to ensure that the organizations that they work for remain adequetely staffed at effective prices. Another strategy that HR uses is hiring a recruiter to find employees. Recruiters search out for employees using various techniques of their own and work on commission. Once they find an employee for a company, they get a portion of their salary.
